Appointments
The atelier receives clients by appointment, so that each visit has our full attention. Appointments may be arranged through the website, WhatsApp or email, and are confirmed by the atelier in writing.
- Kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
- If you arrive late, we will do our best to honour the full appointment; where this is not possible, we will be pleased to rearrange.
Orders & Deposits
A commission is confirmed once the cloth, design and measurements have been agreed and the deposit received. Details of the deposit and payment schedule are confirmed at your consultation.
- Cloth is reserved or ordered upon confirmation of the commission.
- Because every garment is made for one client alone, confirmed bespoke commissions cannot be cancelled once cutting has begun.
Fittings & Completion
Bespoke garments are completed through a sequence of fittings, usually two to three. Timelines depend on cloth availability and construction, and are confirmed at the consultation.
- We will advise promptly if any circumstance affects an agreed timeline.
- The garment is considered complete at the delivery appointment, once the final fitting has been approved.
Alterations
Alterations, to our garments and to garments made elsewhere, are confirmed only after the piece has been assessed at the atelier. This protects both the garment and the honesty of our recommendation.
- Assessment is without obligation.
- Where an alteration cannot achieve the desired result, we will say so plainly rather than proceed.
Garment Care
Care guidance specific to your cloth is provided at delivery. Damage arising from cleaning or storage contrary to that guidance falls outside the atelier's responsibility, though we will always assist in restoring a garment where possible.
Privacy
Discretion is fundamental to MORIANO. Information shared with the atelier, including your details, measurements, commissions and conversations, is used solely to provide our services.
- We do not sell, share or disclose client information to third parties.
- No photography of clients or commissions is published without explicit approval.
- Private appointments can be arranged with the necessary discretion.
